well anyways how can i solve this makeup disaster?????and what makeup to use for daily wear for a fresh look

thanks y'allMy skin gets ashy color when i apply any compact powder or foundation?
first put on some lotion right after you towel dry and put some lotion on your face and than put your make up on and you can instantly see the differenceMy skin gets ashy color when i apply any compact powder or foundation?
I mostly end up beginning inexpensive and trying out tons products. Do what seems right and I bet your gut will be right. I read reviews at http://BrandsMakeup.com
its probably that you have flakey dry skin or theres somthing about the certain compact powder you use. make sure you match your foundation color to YOUR FACE AND NECK despite it being too dark for the rest of your body, or else you can look ghostly and flakey.

What you can do is dust some bronzer over chest and top of your shoulders to give you that tanny look to match with your face and neck.

i dont know what else to tell you, you can also put tanning lotion all over your body(not the heavy kinds) and that will compliment with your face.

just remember that dont ever use a different color of powder for your face, thats not very good.

daily wear makeup, i suggest some light foundation, bronzer and blush at the apples of your cheeks.nude lips and gloss

hope i helped
Put moisturizer on your face or a primer before you apply foundation and then use a whipped or mousse type foundation to avoid the ashy look. Try the bisque or buff colors rather than anything in ivory, which would be too light for you.

You need to do your face in a shade that is in between your fair body color and the tan on your face now. You're are going too light, I'm afraid. Good luck!! : P
