Are compact foundation/pressed powder allowed on flights?

I know that liquid foundations are prohibited, what about compact foundations, pressed powder, or loose powder products? Are compact foundation/pressed powder allowed on flights?
should be legal, but contact your airline to make sure what precautions you should take. I would think that all powders would have to be in original containers and closed. Put plastic bottles in plastic bags to prevent spilling. Are compact foundation/pressed powder allowed on flights?
These are allowed on Domestic (including Canada) U.S. flights and some international flights.

Im almost ceratain this is not allowed on US %26gt; UK bound flights, or CANADA %26gt; UK bound flights, and domestic flights operating within the UK or any other flights in/out of the UK.

(edit) From Delta.com / FAA (same for all flights/airlines)
