What is the difference b/w concealer & compact powder????

concealer usually comes in cream form. You can use concealer under your eyes and on blemishes. For use on your undereye you want to counteract whatever color your undereye area is, say you have lavender undereyes use peach concealer(they're opposite on the color wheel) Compact powder is usually used over a foundation allover your face. If you aren't fond of wearing makeup just a little concealer for dark circles and blemishes can be plenty, although a light foundation and powder does create a very even skin tone. Hope I helped :)What is the difference b/w concealer %26amp; compact powder????

Concealers are used only on certain areas of the face as they are usually heavy and cream-like. A concealer is used to hide dark circles under the eyes, blemishes, discoloring, etc.

A compact powder (or pressed powder) is usually used all over the face after a foundation or moisturizer (and concealer) has been applied. It should be light and is sometimes translucent. It will mattify the skin so that it doesn't shine and even out the overall skin tone.
- concealer is to hide imperfections on your face such as acne, scars, dark under-eye circles, etc.

- compact powder is to set foundation to make it last the day.

i use concealer to concealed the blemish or red markings on my faceand under eye shadows. Once you put that, you can put the compact powder over it to give a more natural look. Concealer can help you hide more blemish than the compact powder. The compact powder are loose so they don't give better coverage for such problems.
