i have pale skin and when i used to use powder, i used collection 2000 shine away compact power. then on the back, it says No.1 light.
Cover Girl simply powder foundation, it is dry, but covers well like if you would use a liquid too, i have acne prone skin and it covers well, it comes in all shades including light :)
I like physicians formula. They make their make-up with mostly natural ingredients and they have tons of color combinations for like any skin tone!
